Will I be pressured into spending a lot of money on services, furniture, etc.?

As a highly trained Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), our mission is to honor our client by transform their house into a "product" that appeals to more people, sells quickly and for top dollar! AND... to provide this transformation as economically as possible. We will do as much or as little as you want... you decide. We use the homeowners furniture and accessories by rearranging, redesigning and reinventing! The results are always amazing! Only when absolutely necessary do we recommend rental furniture or purchasing new accessories. If any accessory purchases are recommended, it will be with the intention of using the new items at your new home once the Staged property is sold. For those on a budget or those who prefer to do the work themselves, a Consultation and Home Staging Plan will provide all the information needed in order to set the Stage yourself!
What is the advantage of using an ASP rather than another Home Stager?
An ASP has been highly trained to transform your home into a product that sells. We do this by following specific guidelines that position us to best achieve this goal.
